Mr. David Williams Russell is a Corporate Partner, Harrison and Moberly, L.L.P., Indianapolis, Indiana. He holds a J.D. (cum laude) degree from Northwestern University. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance and an A.B. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College. As a lawyer for almost 30 years, Mr. Russell has frequently advised and represented educational foundations and has formed and/or served on the boards of numerous such foundations. He has taught legal or business courses at six colleges and universities and in numerous other venues and currently serves on international advisory boards at both Indiana and Purdue Universities. He has published extensively in legal publications. Recognized as one of the leading internationally- and technologically-oriented lawyers in Indiana, Mr. Russell is a seasoned problem solver with experience in handling complex business matters for large and small concerns here and abroad. Mr. Russell is one of the leading international lawyers in the mid-west, having represented clients worldwide, including in numerous transactions in Africa.
